Designed and equipped for two persons it is situated at entrance level with just seven steps from roadside to front door and from there level access to the apartment. Comprising of a small entrance hall, bathroom (with shower, washbasin and toilet).

The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with a full size electric cooker, fridge and microwave. There is a good sized living room with a dining area cosily situated in the bay window. A comfortable Relyon 3 seater double convertible offers a good night's sleep. C.T.V provided.

Should the weather be chilly there is an efficient heater provided and an ample supply of hot water. Night storage heating for off-season.
